Step 1
Pre-heat the air fryer at 370 degrees for five minutes.
Step 2
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Drizzle on the oil, then sprinkle on the coconut sugar. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon.
Step 3
Once the air fryer has pre-heated, add the bananas to the air fryer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Do them in batches if you need to. Air fry for six minutes then flip the bananas and air fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Take out of the air fryer and eat as is, or top with your favorite toppings. Sometimes I like to add melted chocolate, peanut butter and walnuts. Or dairy free yogurt and granola.
