Step 1
Brown the ground beef and add the taco seasoning as instructed. If you are using a Ninja Foodi, you can do this in the foodi using the saute setting.
Step 2
Once the meat is cooked, mix in the refried beans.
Step 3
Add the mixture to the middle of each tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
Step 4
Fold the tortilla up to be sure that all the toppings are securely inside the tortilla.
Step 5
Spray the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray.
Step 6
Place the chimichangas seam side down into the air fryer.
Step 7
Spray them with a coat of olive oil spray. This can also be done with avocado cooking spray.
Step 8
Cook at 360 degrees for 8 minutes. Check on them at 5 minutes to be sure they are cooking nicely.
Step 9
Once done they should be lightly browned on top and the tortilla will be nicely secured.
