Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
First spray your air fryer basket with some non-stick cooking oil spray.
Step 2
Crack an egg into a shallow bowl and whisk.
Step 3
Pour some breadcrumbs onto a plate.
Step 4
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Make sure to do both sides.
Step 5
Then one at a time, dip the chicken into the egg on both sides, and then coat it in the breadcrumbs. Place in the air fryer basket. Do the same for the other cutlet.
Step 6
Set the air fryer temperature to 400F and the time to 10 minutes for thin cutlets. If yours are thicker, use 15 minutes.
Step 7
Halfway through cooking, remove the basket and use a spatula to flip the cutlets over.
Step 8
Return basket to air fryer and let it finish cooking.
Step 9
When done, check internal temperature to make sure it is at least 165F.
Step 10
Remove and enjoy!
