Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Take a russet potato and wash and dry it. Cut it into 1/4-inch slices.
Step 2
Spray the basket of your air fryer with a little bit of avocado or olive oil. My favorite sprayer/spritzer is the Evo oil sprayer.
Step 3
Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket and spread them out. Spritz with just a little oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook at 400° for 5 minutes. Lightly spritz the potatoes again and then turn them over*. Spritz again with oil and cook another 5 minutes. Remove any that look done and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
*If you want to add in some sliced onions add them when you turn the potatoes over.
