Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic and salt.
Step 2
Add the shrimp and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the air fryer to 390°F/200°C.
Step 4
Shake excess marinade off the shrimp and put the whole batch in the air fryer.
Step 5
Cook for 2 minutes, give the basket a good shake, and return to the air fryer. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
Step 7
This recipe is best served fresh, however the marinade can be stirred together up to 4 days ahead and stored in the fridge. Do not marinate shrimp for more than 1 hour.
