Step 1
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick fries. Place in a gallon size zipper storage bag.
Step 2
Add the oil to the bag and move the fries around in the bag until all are coated in the oil. Use a little more oil if necessary.
Step 3
Mix the spices together in a small bowl. Then sprinkle over the fries in the bag. Move the fries around to coat evenly with the spices.
Step 4
Warm up your air fryer by running it for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Add half of the sweet potato fries to the basket and space them apart so there can be air flow around them. If too crowded thy won't get crisp. Depending on the size of your sweet potatoes, you may need 3 batches.
Step 6
Air fry at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cook time (be careful, hot basket!).
Step 7
Repeat with the next batch.
Step 8
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
