Step 1
Melt coconut oil and add into tequila in large, open container. Mix and let sit on counter for 5-10 minutes, stirring every minute or so.
Step 2
Place tequila and oil mixture into freezer. Let sit 20 minutes. Coconut oil will rise to the top and solidify.
Step 3
Remove tequila and oil mixture from freezer. Strain with cheesecloth and pour mixture through funnel back into tequila bottle. Discard remaining oil left on strainer.
Step 4
Add limoncello and agave or simple syrup into tequila. Close top on tequila bottle and shake.
Step 5
Pour over crushed ice and serve.
