Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a large bowl combine the bocconcini cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, and salt, and mix together.
Step 2
Using skewers assemble your antipasto bites by poking through the cheese, tomatoes, pieces of prosciutto and basil to your liking. (I usually use two tomato halves, 1 bocconcini cheese ball, quarter of 1 slice prosciutto, and a half basil leaf per stick). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3
When ready to serve drizzle with the glaze. Enjoy!
