Aperol Grapefruit Cocktail

Step 1

Wash the grapefruit and cut it in half. Cut one thin slice off and save it for later.

Step 2

Fill your glass with ice and pour the Aperol into it.

Step 3

Add the prosecco on top of the Aperol

Step 4

Now, add the grapefruit juice

Step 5

Top it all off with the tonic water

Step 6

Finally, add the thyme and slice of grapefruit to your glass

Step 7
