Place 6 pieces of bread in a greased baking dish.

Spread one half of the pie filling on top of the bread.

Add another 6 layer of bread on top.

Spread the remaining pie filling on top.

Cover with the remaining slices of bread.

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.

Pour egg mixture over the bread.

Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.

Remove dish from fridge and uncover.

Step 10

In a small bowl, cut cubed butter into brown sugar until it becomes coarse in texture.

Stir in pecans and corn syrup.

Step 12

Crumble this mixture over the bread and bake for 40-45 minutes.
