Export 11 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Spray non-stick cooking spray in a medium-sized skillet. Over medium heat, cook deli roast beef until heated through.
Step 2
Spread Arby's sauce (see below) on the lower half of the bun and place roast beef on top of the saucy bun.
Step 3
Spoon cheddar cheese sauce on top of the roast beef (see below). Place the other half of the bun on the top and serve.
Step 4
Melt better in a small saucepan over medium heat and sprinkle with flour.
Step 5
Whisk in the flour (whisking constantly) and cook for about 1 minute forming a roux.
Step 6
Whisk in the milk and continue whisking over medium heat until it reaches the desired thickened consistency. About 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the heat and stir in shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 8
In a small saucepan combine all the Arby's sauce ingredients.
Step 9
Simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
