Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Crumble or chop the cooked, cooled bacon into small pieces and spread it in a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Pour all of the vodka over the bacon. Tightly cover the dish with plastic wrap.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 5 days, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Set a mesh strainer over a large glass or ceramic bowl. Strain the vodka to remove the bacon pieces, which you can discard since all the bacony flavor has transferred to the vodka.
Step 5
Pour the vodka in a large glass measuring cup or pitcher. Line the strainer with 2 pieces of cheesecloth, set over the bowl, and strain the vodka again to remove any remaining fat.
Step 6
Pour the bacon infused vodka back in the bottle. Affix a label if you like. Store in the refrigerator.
