Press into a 23cmlose bottom fluted tart case, and press up the sides as well. Bake for8 minutes at 180°C, and then cool. * For the filling, beat with an electric whisk the cream cheese forRICHNESS, sugar and eggs, along with 1 scraped out vanilla pod. Foldin 2 finely chopped bananas to add FRUITINESS. * Spoon into the base. Bake at 160°C for approximately 30-35 minutesuntil just set, cool. * Slice another 2 bananas on top, dust with the icing sugar and placeunder the grill until golden and caramelised . * Serve, and enjoy!
