Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

Peel the bananas and place them on a large plate. Mash them until smooth with no more lumps.

In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas and oats. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Step 5
Scoop one tablespoon of batter onto the baking sheet and flatten it slightly with your fingertips. Repeat for the rest of the batter, spacing the cookies an inch apart.
Step 6
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
Step 7
Remove them from oven. Let the cookies cool for 5-10 minutes and then use a rigid spatula to remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
