Whisk together all the ingredients for the coleslaw dressing. Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl and pour the dressing on top, stirring until well combined.

Transfer the coleslaw to a gallon sized ziplock bag. Store in the fridge, but periodically take it out give it another gently shake, then store it flipped over on the other side.
