Step 1
Pat dry the salmon and place it on a baking sheet or a container.
Step 2
In a bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey, sliced garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, dill and red pepper flakes. Pour the marinade over salmon.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate to marinade for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Step 4
When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or coat it with non stick cooking spray.
Step 5
Take the salmon out of the fridge and transfer it to the baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes. The salmon is ready when it flakes easily and is opaque.
Step 7
Serve with a side salad.
