Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
1. Brown lean ground beef in skillet, stirring with a fork. 2 While beef is browning, saute onion in olive oil, in bottom of large pot. 3 Dump ground beef in with the onion, add cabbage, salt and pepper (plenty of pepper!) At this point, turn oven on to 425. Continue cooking until cabbage is done, stirring occasionally. 4 Meanwhile put pie crust in bottom of pie pan. When beef/cabbage mixture is done, put in pie crust, spread evenly. 5 Top with second crust, pinch and flute edges. Cut vent holes in top crust. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. When done, let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy! *Instead of the fresh onion I will quite often substitute 1-2 cups of the frozen onion/ pepper mix you can buy at the store. **I substitute a 16 oz bag of cole slaw mix for the head of cabbage . ***You can use the refrigerated pie crusts
