· 3/4 cup raw almonds· 1/2 cup water· 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice· 2 cloves garlic· 1/4 cup chopped onion· 2 tsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (or low-sodium tamari)· 1 tsp cider vinegar· 1/4 tsp sea salt· 1/4 tsp cumin· 1/4 tsp coriander· 1/4 tsp smokey paprika (or regular)
Step 1Place all of the ingredients in a high-powdered blender. Slowly blend for one minute. Turn the dial up to high and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.Step 2Store in the refrigerator. The sauce may separate, but stir it if it does.NOTE: Increase the water if you’d like it to be more saucy.
