Boozy Dulce de Leche No-Bake Cheesecake

Step 1

Combine crushed Oreo cookies and butter, pat into bottom of pie pan. Chill until filling is completed.

Step 2

In mixing bowl with an electric mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add in Dulce de Leche and Baileys, mix until smooth and combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl beat heavy whipping cream with electric mixer until peaks have formed, approximately 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until combined. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving.
