1.烤箱预热120度。烤架一个下层一个上层放好。 2.鸡翅用厨房纸擦干,或者提前一天铺开在冰箱里凉干。(或者不擦也可以啦,不过擦干的话最后鸡翅皮会比较更脆些) 3.鸡翅放入一个带盖的容器,加入泡打粉和盐,盖上盖子,猛烈摇晃均匀。(或者不用盖,直接用手抓匀。) 4.托盘上面放一个架子,刷点点油防粘。鸡翅铺上去,贴在一起不要紧,烤了体积会收缩。 5.放入烤箱下层,烤30分钟。 6.期间所有做酱汁的材料混在一起小火加热融化,搅拌均匀(这里也可以自由发挥你爱加什么加什么)。 7.第5步的30分钟后,鸡翅移到上层,温度调高到220度,继续再烤40到50分钟左右。鸡翅大小烤箱给力度不一样,时间自己把握,鸡翅不够干就多烤一会。过程中可以倒一下烤盘里逼出来的过多的汁水。(我一般接在小碗里,做其他菜用,因为这差不多就是鸡高汤,不舍得浪费。或者不怕油的话,你可以直接倒到你之前做的酱汁里。) 8.鸡翅出炉,脆脆的可以敲出声音! 9.鸡翅和酱汁放一起拌匀就可以上桌啦。或者酱汁蘸着吃也行啦。酱汁凝固了可以重新加热一下,但是一般热鸡翅放进去就化开了。
