Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180C.

Step 2

Combine flour and salt and rub in butter to crumb texture (or simply blitz in a food processor for 15 seconds).

Step 3

Add in spices, cheese, sun dried tomato and milk and mix to form a dough.

Step 4

Knead gently on a floured surface then shape into a round of approximately 12-15cm diameter.

Step 5

Score lines into 6 for ease of pulling apart to serve and dust with extra flour.

Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.  Serve warm.
