Cake Mix Cookies

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Step 3

In a large bowl, stir the cake mix, the oil, and the eggs until combined.

Optionally, cover the dough and refrigerate until somewhat set, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Using a medium scoop or a spoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Top the dough scoops with the candy pieces.

Step 7

Bake until the cookies are set, about 9-11 minutes. Do not let them brown.

Step 8

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.

Step 9

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 10

Serve.
