Cannabis Lollipops

Step 1

Get all supplies ready, and near your cooking area. Measure out all ingredients before starting. Add lollipop sticks into the lollipop molds.

Step 2

In a small sauce pan over high heat, add water, sugar, corn syrup and mix to combine.

Step 3

Bring the mixture to 300 degrees. Watch it closely, so it doesn't go under or over the desired temperature. Once your mixture is boiling a lot, you can stop stirring and let it reach 300 degrees.

Step 4

After you hit 300 degrees, remove from heat and let the mixture cool to 250 degrees. Once the mixture is at 250 degrees, add in all the flavoring. Then add the Cannabis Tincture or Distillate in and mix to combine.

Step 5

Pour the candy mixture into the molds, be careful it is very hot! Once the mixture is in the candy molds, allow them to sit out for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After 2 hours, I normally stick mine in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the lollipop from the molds. If you can wrap them individually, that is best for storage. I keep them stored in the fridge, but that is optional. I just prefer cold lollipops! Enjoy!
