Caramel S'mores Martini

Step 1

In a small bowl, melt chocolate in microwave for 15 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir, and return to microwave for an additional 15 seconds.

Step 2

Lay out a piece of parchment paper.

Step 3

Pour melted chocolate and crushed graham cracker onto parchment paper in two separate piles.

Step 4

Take the rim of a martini glass and dip in chocolate (there should be a tbsp or 2 of chocolate remaining for the inside of the glass), followed by graham crackers and place upside down on parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 5

In a cocktail shaker, add milk, chocolate liqueur, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Step 6

With a spoon, drizzle remaining melted chocolate on the inside of the prepared glass.

Step 7

Pour cocktail into glass. Garnish cocktail with toasted marshmallows on a skewer.
