Step 1
Place butter, digestive biscuits, nuts and brown sugar into mixing bowl and crush 10 sec/speed 7. Divide crumb mixture among 6 glass jars (6 x 8 cm). Use a spoon or fingers to press crumb mixture down.

Place cream cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs into mixing bowl and mix 1 min/speed 4. Pour cheesecake filling over crumb base into glass jars. Cover jars with wet, well rung baking paper or lids and place into Varoma dish. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
Step 3
Place water into mixing bowl, place Varoma into position, secure Varoma lid and steam 22 min/Varoma/speed 1. Remove Varoma and set aside uncovered to cool. Discard water and proceed with the topping.
Step 4
Place red berries and sugar into mixing bowl and cook 11 min/100°C/speed 1. Top each cheesecake with 2 tbsp berry jam. Allow cheesecakes to cool completely, then place into refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours and serve chilled.
