Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, enchilada sauce, green chiles, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Lay out the tortillas and spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto each one.
Step 4
Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Pour any remaining chicken mixture over the top of the tortillas.
Step 5
Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the enchiladas.
Step 6
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the enchiladas are heated through. Serve warm.
