Step 1

Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Unwrap the cookies and place on the lined tray.

Step 2

Divide the chocolate into 3 bowls. Use food colouring to tint 2 of the chocolate portions pale pink and blue.

Step 3

Working quickly, dip 1 cookie halfway into melted chocolate. Return to tray. Repeat with remaining cookies and chocolate.

Step 4

Sprinkle some of the cookies with the funfetti sprinkles and star sprinkles. Set. Place any remaining chocolate into separate sealable bags. Cut off 1 small corner. Drizzle over some of the cookies. Set.
