Chocolate-Covered Marshmallow Pops

Step 1

Slide 2 marshmallows onto each lollipop stick or skewer, leaving a small gap between them for easier dipping and coating. Set the marshmallow pops aside on a clean surface.

Place the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely smooth. If you'd like a smoother consistency, stir in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil while melting.

Pour your chosen toppings into shallow bowls or plates for easy access. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to place the finished pops on.

Hold each stick and dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate, covering them evenly. Let any excess chocolate drip off before rolling or sprinkling the marshmallows with your desired toppings.

Step 5

Place the decorated marshmallows on the prepared baking sheet, stick side up. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, or place the pops in the refrigerator to speed up the hardening process.
