Chocolate Pudding Pie Recipe

Step 1

Open (5.9 ounce) package of instant chocolate pudding mix.

Step 2

Pour pudding mix into large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Measure 2 ½ cups milk in liquid measuring cup. Add to pudding mix.

Step 4

Mix with whisk for 2 minutes. (Set timer)

Step 5

Pour pudding into pie crust.

Step 6

Smooth pudding evenly in pie crust with rubber spatula.

Step 7

Cover pie with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour or more to thicken.

Step 8

Top each piece with a scoop of whipped topping before serving.
