Place cranberries and 1 cup water in a glass bowl. Cover. Stand for 1 hour.
Step 2
Transfer cranberries and liquid to a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cherries, raspberries and juice. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until raspberries break down. Bring to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place sugar in a microwave- safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes or until warm. Add strawberries and sugar to pan. Stir for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Gently boil, stirring occasionally, making sure jam doesn’t catch on the base of pan, for 30 minutes or until jam reaches setting point (see notes). Discard scum. Pour hot jam into hot sterilised jars (see notes). Seal. Cool (see notes).
