Christmas Rice Krispie Treat Bites

Step 1

Melt 3 tbsp. Butter in a medium pan.

Step 2

Add 3 cups of Mini Marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are completely melted.

Step 3

Take the pan off the heat.

Step 4

Add food coloring and mix.

Step 5

Add 3 cups of Rice Krispie Cereal and mix until they are completely covered with the marshmallow mixture.

Step 6

Add the Christmas Sprinkles (Optional)

Step 7

Allow the Rice Krispie Mixture to cool slightly.

Step 8

Measure .6 oz of mixture and roll into a ball.

Step 9

Allow Rice Krispie Bites to cool.

Step 10

Repeat for the other two Christmas colors.
