Step 1
Add the mint, water and simple syrup to the bottom of a glass and muddle (mash gently) several times with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon.
Step 2
Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the bourbon over the top. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
