Cookie Stuffed Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Cut each sandwich cookie in half. Set aside. Break apart the cookie squares into individual pieces. Using your handsgently flatten each square. Place sandwich cookies in the center of 12 of the flattened dough pieces. Cover the cookies with the remaining 12 dough piecessandwiching them between two layers of cookie dough. Gently press the dough together to fully cover the sandwich cookies.

Step 3

Place cookies on baking trays and bake 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden. Remove from oven and place trays on cooling racks.Let cool for 2 minutesand then cool cookies completely on cooling racks.
