Ingredients: ½ cup ketchup; ½ cup water; 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Steak Sauce; 2 teaspoons brown sugar; 2 teaspoons white vinegar; 1 teaspoon hot sauce; ¼ teaspoon onion powder; ¼ teaspoon garlic powder; ¼ teaspoon white pepper; ¼ teaspoon kosher salt; ⅛ teaspoon black pepper; Pinch of nutmeg

Sweet, tangy, and a little spicy—just like your favorite signature sauce from Arby’s, but with ingredients you can actually pronounce. 

Copycat Arby’s Sauce

water

Heinz 57 Steak Sauce

brown sugar

white vinegar

hot sauce

onion powder

garlic powder

white pepper

salt

black pepper

nutmeg

Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.


You can just combine ketchup and worcestershire sauce to make Arby's sauce, it's that simple. Many online recipes basically entail mixing ketchup with the ingredients used to make worcestershire sauce, save yourself the work unless you're some sort of processed/fast food sauce puritan.
