Creamy Garlic Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Italian cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoningPrepare baking dish with non-stick sprayPlace chicken in prepared baking dishAdd salt and pepper to taste (if desired)Evenly spread the garlic cream mixture on top of the chicken using a spatulaCover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughRemove the foilSprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of each piece of chickenCook, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted
