Step 1
Heat an air fryer to 400ºF.
Step 2
Add trimmed brussel sprouts to a medium bowl, with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 3
Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and shake so they are in a single layer. Air fry for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Remove basket, shake the brussels sprouts to move them around and then shake them back into a single layer.
Step 5
Top with parmesan cheese. Air fry an additional 6 minutes.
Step 6
Remove sprouts from the air fryer and serve.
