Step 1
Place all filling ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together until everything is completely combined
Step 2
Press ¼ cup rice into the bottom on an onigiri mold
Step 3
Press a tbsp sized divet in the center of the rice and fill with a scoop of salmon filling
Step 4
Top with an additional 2-3 tbsp rice and firmly press with the onigiri mold top
Step 5
Take the onigiri ball out of mold and, coat sides with some olive oil & dip in Mingle’s Furikake seasoning
Step 6
Heat 1-2 tbsp olive oil in a pan on medium high heat, place onigiri in pan & fry until each side is golden brown
Step 7
