Crock Pot Chocolate Lava Cake

Step 1

Spray crock pot with cooking spray

Step 2

Combine flour, sugar, 2 T cocoa, baking powder and salt

Step 3

Add milk, oil and vanilla and stir

Step 4

Fold in nuts

Step 5

Place batter in crock pot and spread evenly

Step 6

Combine brown sugar and 4 T cocoa in separate bowl

Step 7

Stir in hot water

Step 8

Pour mixture evenly over batter (do NOT stir)

Step 9

Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until cake passes toothpick test

Step 10

Turn off crock pot and remove lid

Step 11

Let cake stand for 30-40 minutes

Step 12

Serve cake in bowls , spoon chocolate lava from bottom of crock pot over cake and top with ice cream
