Step 1
Heat oil in pan. Fry onion, curry powder and garlic briefly before adding the beef.

Cook until beef just changes colour, add the potato and mash into the mixture. Combine for a minute or two then season with sugar and sauces. Cool.

Cut out circles of puff pastry with a scone cutter or glass. Fill each circle with a rounded teaspoon of filling. Fold over and seal by forking the edge.
Step 4
Spray with olive oil spray and bake on tray at 200C for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with satay sauce or sweet chilli sauce.
