Dalgona Coffee

Step 1

Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl.

Step 2

Whisk and whip the coffee mixture by hand until it becomes foamy and soft peaks form. You may use an electronic hand mixer.

Step 3

Heat up the milk and transfer into four (espresso cups or 1 regular cup. Add the whipped coffee mouse to the top of the milk.

Step 4

You may dust some instant coffee powder or cocoa powder on top of the whipped coffee. Stir well to drink.
