Dirt Cake

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, room temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar, and instant vanilla pudding. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.

Step 3

Melt the butter separately. In the 9x11 baking dish, mix the melted butter with 2/3 of the crushed Oreos until well combined. Press this mixture evenly onto the bottom of the dish to form the crust.

Step 4

Spread the prepared pudding mixture evenly over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.

Step 5

Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the crushed Oreos on top of the pudding layer.

Step 6

Place the assembled Dirt Cake in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to allow it to set.

Step 7

Once chilled, slice and serve the Dirt Cake.
