Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen cubed dragon fruit; 1/4 cup frozen mango; 1/4 cup frozen pineapple; 3/4 cup almond milk; Juice and zest of 1/2 lime

Simple and sweet with a vibrant pink color, this Dragon Fruit Smoothie can be topped with your favorite sliced fruit, granola, chia seeds or hemp seeds for a splendid breakfast or plant-based snack.

Dragon Fruit Smoothie

mango

pineapple

almond milk

lime

Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth and creamy.

WAY to much fruit! Needs some veggies in it. Add some Kale or Spinach to cut down on the natural sugars and sweetness

I love dragon fruit!!! My Publix started to carry it in the frozen fruit section and it's soooo easy to add to my smoothie. I tried this one and it was soooo good! Tasted like something I had in Miami on a vacation— it brought back good memories. :) I might like it even more because it's pink and colorful. I mean, come on— who can say no to a healthy fun drink like this? Not me or my daughter!

I love the addition of lime to this recipe, I wouldn't have thought to add that. So gorgeous, can't wait to try it!
