Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Flour, dutch cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.

Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix at medium-high speed until a dough is formed.
Step 5
Gently add white chocolate chips.
Step 6
Using a cookie scoop for help, make 1-inch cookie dough balls using the cookie dough and place the cookies 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Step 8
Remove baked cookies from the oven and cool them before transferring them to a baking sheet.
