Step 1

Add all ingredients except amaretto and heavy cream to a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe

Step 2

Prepare an amaretto whipped cream in your shaker with the heavy cream and amaretto

Step 3

Shake until it is frothy but still loose and flowing. To speed this up add a strainer coil to your shaker

Step 4

Float this over the top of the cocktail and garnish with a grating of fresh nutmeg
