Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Spray each chicken breast on one side with oil.
Step 2
Sprinkle with seasoned salt. I make my own seasoned salt and you can find that recipe here!
Step 3
Lay in an air fryer, seasoned side down.
Step 4
Then spray the second side with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Step 5
Air fry for 10 minutes at 360°.
Step 6
Flip over and air fry another 8 to 12 minutes at 360°, depending on the size of your chicken breasts, until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°.
Step 7
Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into it. This allows the juices to redistribute in the chicken to make the chicken juicier.
