Close and lock the instant pot. Choose the manual program.

Over high pressure, cook it for the 15 minutes after the cooker has come to pressure.
Step 5
Once the desired time has passed, turn the instant pot off and turn the steam release button to allow the steam to leave the pan.
Step 6
Once there is no pressure left in the pan (when it makes no more noise), open the instant pot, cautiously remove the can from the water, and place it on the counter using kitchen tongs.
Step 7
Let the can cool in cold water for about 10 minutes before opening it.
