In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, warm water and oat milk.

Add the salt and olive oil and start kneading until you get a smooth dough. It will take around 10-15 minutes.

Place the smooth dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth and set aside in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until the dough has doubled in size.

Dust your work surface with a little flour and place the dough on it. Cut the dough in 8 pieces.

Preheat a non-stick frying pan on the hob (stove).

Roll a piece of dough into a round flatbread and cook in the pan for around 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads.
Step 7
Brush your cooked flatbread with a little olive oil and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
