Easy Southern Buttermilk Pie

Step 1

Heat oven to 325°F.

Step 2

Roll out pie crust and press into a pie dish.

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar and flour until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust.

Step 4

Bake pie 55-60 minutes, or until center is set. If the top starts to get too brown, cover it lightly with foil.

Step 5

Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
