Step 1
Take 10 gm of unsalted butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar to it. Whisk until the mixture turns light & fluffy.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup condensed milk and 50 gm corn flour to the mixture.
Step 3
Sieve 2 tbsp all purpose flour and 1.5 tbsp milk powder into the mixture
Step 4
Mix with cut & fold technique.
Step 5
Grease your palms with oil. Take small portions & make round balls. Heat a pot or preheat oven.
Step 6
Cook in pot/khadai for 12 mins at low flame or bake at 150 degree celsius for 10-12 mins.
Step 7
Allow to cool down. Serve with tea.
