Eggnog Jello Shots

Step 1

Pour eggnog into a saucepan and add gelatin. Let bloom for five minutes.

Step 2

Heat saucepan over medium, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.

Step 3

Take off the heat, and let cool slightly.

Step 4

Add all three spirits and stir to combine.

Step 5

Spray mold with cooking spray.

Step 6

Pour into molds (or plastic shot cups) and refrigerate overnight.

Step 7

Carefully release shots from molds and lay out on a plate.

Step 8

Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.
